Booking Policy
To complete your booking, you need to provide your current credit card number and expiry date. Alternatively, you can pay a deposit of 30% of the total stay and pay the remainder 15 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policy
- no charge up to 8 days before check-in (and restitution of any deposit paid);
- charge of the entire cost of stay if you cancel from the 7th day before check-in, or do not turn up.

Check-in & check-out
Check-in with us in person between 3 pm and 6.30 pm, but you can also self-check-in after that time.
Check- out before 11 am.
Late check-out (or early check-in) can be arranged if one of us is available, with an extra cost of €25.

House rules:
Smoking is only permitted in the external areas (including balconies) of the Country House;
Quiet is requested, in respect for other guests, between 12 noon and 3 pm and between 10 pm and 8 am;
Car access to the building is permitted only for unloading/loading on arrival/departure, except for any guests with limited mobility. For the rest of your stay, we invite you to use the private carpark in front of the complex.
Every guest is responsible for their own belongings;
Parents of young children or adult guardians of minors must take responsibility for them;
Every guest is required to take care of the spaces they are using and to leave them as they found them;
Pets are not allowed.

Children under 3 years old - free. Cradle "Foppapedretti" on request for 15€/night; high chair for 10€.
For general security, entrance and exit are monitored by close circuit television cameras.
